Tactical Medical Instructor (PA/NJ)
About the job
This is for a part time per diem position. Penn Tactical Solutions instructors are responsible for delivering accurate medical and tactical information in a professional manner. Instructors will be required to obtain all required instructor credentials. Instructors will responsible for classroom lecture, skill stations and scenario based training. You will be expected to function as part of a team. This is a dynamic and often fast-paced position where you will be working the military, law enforcement officers, medical providers, first responders and members of the public. Starting pay is $25-$35 depending on experience and credentials.
Requirements
Current medical certification (EMT, Paramedic, RN, PA or Physician) OR current military service in a medical field OR recent experience (< 2 since separation) from a military medical field.
10 years of experience in field (Military, Medicine, EMS, Police etc). Willing to work with exceptional candidates with military medical experience less than 10yrs.
Currently assigned to a civilian/non-military tactical unit or current service/recent separation (< 2 years) with the military.
Be able to pass a background check.
Able to work around realistic simulations of hostile environments and realistic simulated injuries.
Preferred Experience:
15+ years of experience
TCCC/TECC/CLS Instructor (NAEMT Preferred)
Paramedic or Advanced Life Support provider
Over 5 years of instructing experience.
Military Medical Provider experience
