Simplified Procurement for Pennsylvania Agencies
Penn Tactical Solutions holds an active COSTARS contract under COSTARS-12 Emergency Responder Equipment. Eligible Pennsylvania agencies, school districts, nonprofits, and qualifying organizations can purchase directly from us without going through a public bidding process. No separate RFP required in most cases.
