Refund Policy

At Penn Tactical Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and training services. This policy outlines our return, refund, and cancellation practices in accordance with Pennsylvania consumer protection laws.

1. Product Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Not damaged or altered

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-built or personalized products

  • Opened medical or hygiene-related items

  • Digital downloads or online course access codes

  • Clearance or final sale items

To request a return, please email info@penntacticalsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Refunds
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee (up to 15%) on certain returned items if repackaging or inspection is required.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us immediately at info@penntacticalsolutions.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

5. Training Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling once at no charge.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Penn Tactical Solutions-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, weather, or other factors, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs incurred due to cancellations.

7. Compliance with Pennsylvania Law

This policy is designed to comply with the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL) and related consumer protection statutes. Customers in Pennsylvania retain all applicable rights under these laws.
