1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or training-related items may have extended processing times; estimated delivery timelines will be noted at checkout or in the product description.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information via email once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Free or flat-rate shipping promotions may apply to certain items or order totals, as noted on the product page.

3. Drop Shipping

To help keep costs low and expand product availability, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. This drop shipping approach allows us to pass on savings to our customers while still providing a wide selection of trusted equipment and gear.

  • Items may arrive in separate packages if your order contains products from multiple suppliers.

  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

  • Drop-shipped items may have slightly longer delivery times depending on the supplier’s location and fulfillment speed.

4. Delivery Times

  • Most standard U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times for drop-shipped or custom items may vary and will be communicated when possible.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • For APO/FPO, U.S. territories, or international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@penntacticalsolutions.com prior to ordering.

6. Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Penn Tactical Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
