Penn Tactical Solutions works with multiple manufacturers and fulfillment partners to provide specialized emergency response and medical equipment. Because of this, some products ship directly from our facility while others ship directly from the manufacturer.

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Certain products may require additional processing time, including:

  • custom equipment configurations

  • agency procurement orders

  • large quantity purchases

  • items that ship directly from manufacturers

If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you.

Drop Shipping

To provide access to specialized equipment, Penn Tactical Solutions partners with several trusted manufacturers and distributors.

Some products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

This means:

  • Items may ship from multiple locations

  • You may receive multiple packages for a single order

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the manufacturer

Drop-shipped items are handled by authorized fulfillment partners but remain fully supported by Penn Tactical Solutions.

We primarily ship using major carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • other commercial carriers depending on product type

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when available.

Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Items that ship directly from manufacturers may have slightly different delivery timelines depending on inventory location.

  • signature upon delivery

  • additional handling time

If your order requires freight shipping or special handling, our team will contact you with details.

Agency & Bulk Orders

Orders placed by agencies, departments, schools, or organizations may have different fulfillment timelines depending on:

  • product availability

  • manufacturer lead times

  • quantity ordered

If you require equipment by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing the order.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain medical products or equipment may be subject to:

  • regulatory restrictions

  • training or credential verification

  • geographic shipping limitations

If an order cannot be shipped due to regulatory restrictions, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Penn Tactical Solutions is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage

We will work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At this time, Penn Tactical Solutions primarily ships within the United States.
